To make participation in exhibitions cost-efficient, Expocentre has introduced the flexible rental system that takes into account the status of each event, stand configuration and location. You can learn the rental for the event you are interested in by filling in an on-line application for participation or calling the Exhibition Management.

In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in International Fairs and Exhibitions Held by Expocentre, each registered participant of the exhibition has to present data on his activity to be published in the Official Catalogue and Web Catalogue.
The attached application form includes detailed information on technical requirements and placement of submitted materials in the Official Catalogue as well as on paid advertising.
