EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE SECURITY - SALON AND CONFERENCE
From June 6 through 8, 2012 the 6th International Forum of the Exhibition Industry, 5рEXPO'2012, will feature the 2nd Salon and Conference on Exhibition and Conference Security. The Forum is held under the auspices of the Moscow City Government and is supported by RUEF – the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. For the first time it will also enjoy participation of IFES – the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services.
Nowadays, in the face of a rising terrorist threat, ensuring security at public events such as exhibitions and conventions is one of the most important issues we face. This problem has attracted great attention of the exhibition community as it remains as relevant as ever. The 5pEXPO Forum dealt with it a year ago and will continue to do so in 2012.
We invite the following companies and organizations to take part in the Salon and Conferences:
state-run security organizations
companies that provide integrated security services, including security equipment for exhibitions and conventions
security research organizations.
Aims and objectives of the event:
to bring leading organizers of exhibitions, conventions and other special events under one roof
to offer participants new opportunities to resolve commercial issues, and to expand business and professional contacts associated with provision of security
to encourage innovative approach and new forms of special events
to enhance professional competence of exhibition and convention organizers in regards to provision of security.
The Salon offers ample opportunities for companies to raise their profile on the Russian market. The programme of business-related events consists of business meetings, workshops and presentations aimed to facilitate contacts.
