The 6th International Forum 5pEXPO will run from 6 to 8 June 2012 on the premises of Expocentre Fairgrounds.

The Organizers firmly believe that the 5pEXPO Forum will be an important Event for the International and Russian Exhibition Community. The forthcoming Forum is the sixth in the Series of annual 5pEXPOs. As before it will provide a one stop venue for networking of professionals, clients and providers of exhibition services.

An annual meeting of IFES, International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services, will be held for the first time in Russia, in conjunction with 5pEXPO'2012. Also in conjunction with IFES, international congress on current issues of convention/exhibition activities will be held at the same time.

Some 300 international experts in exhibition business from over 40 countries will attend. They will come to arrange and man their respective displays at 5pEXPO forum and meet with Russian exhibition organizations to develop mutually beneficial cooperation.

5pEXPO is a project with a mission to unite on one venue the largest and some smaller regional companies. The international forum of exhibition industry 5pEXPO is a project of the entire Russian exhibition community where participation of each exhibition company adds to the development of exhibition industry of Russia, expansion of strategic ties between exhibition professionals and end users of exhibition services. Excellent response to the Event from the Russian and the World exhibition communities is reflected in participation of reputed associations of exhibition entities: The Global Association of Exhibition Industry (UFI), International Association of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES), Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).

International Forum of Exhibition Industry 5pEXPO is conceived as a tool of acceleration of integration of Russia and the countries of the CIS into the World Economy and Exhibition Industry Operators – into the World Exhibition Business; widening the range and improving the quality of services rendered; informing operators and end-users of services of the status of exhibition industry and prospects for its development.

Rapid development of convention-exhibition business not only suggests the use of new technologies in running convention-exhibition events and rendering associated services, but also the use of modern methods of building exhibition stands, original design, new construction materials and modules, etc.

Attractiveness of the Forum for its participants and visitors lies above all in the possibility to choose the themes of events and venues. Participants of the Forum can provide and receive information on exhibition/fair programs; potential end-users can familiarize themselves with various proposals to participate in exhibitions around the world, develop contacts with Organizers, conduct negotiations in all issues of interest right there.

A very busy program of meetings, discussions, seminars and conferences is envisaged. Round-table meetings, master classes, training sessions, special reports, etc. will take place involving top management of major exhibition companies, both national and international. The subjects are drawn from the wish list of participants and visitors of the past 5pEXPO events.

A Forum Visitor will have access to direct information from Organizers about services offered by leading exhibition centers of Russia, Europe, countries of near and far abroad, companies developing and supplying exhibition equipment and other display appliances.

The active advertizing campaign for the Forum, which includes a free service of "personal cabinet of a Participant" where an exhibitor may present his/her own exhibition programs and materials promoting his/her Company, will help attract experts of thousands of organizations and companies who are potential end users of exhibition services both at home and abroad.
